- Bucks County Airport Authority shall charge $ .25 per page for copying of Public Records pursuant to a written request for such records.
- A request for copies of Public Records that will in aggregate result in a fee in excess of $100 will require payment in full in advance prior to such copying.
- Only Public Records will be made available for review and copying.
- Confidential personnel documents and information and records subject to Attorney-Client privilege, records of on-going business negotiations and similar records shall not be made available to the public absent an appropriate Court Order directing such disclosure.
- The Bucks County Airport Authority Board reserves the right to review any and all such requests for records prior to disclosure of such records by its employees and Administrators.
